Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and packaged within 3 to 7 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment center used. Below are general delivery estimates:
• Domestic (US): 3 – 10 business days
• Australia: 5 – 20 business days
• International: 17 – 45 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs delays, weather events, or global shipping disruptions. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Yes, every order includes a tracking number! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Some products may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no questions asked.
To cancel, email support@idreisbeaute.com with the subject line "Cancel Order".
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving your item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@idreisbeaute.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, but please note that once the order has left our facility, we rely on third-party shipping providers for final delivery.
