Returns

 

We offer a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

• Items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please email us at support@idreisbeaute.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

 

Return Shipping

 

All returns are subject to a $7.00 USD return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own shipping method, you may do so at your own cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Address

 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return shipping address and return instructions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at
support@idreisbeaute.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Used or opened personal care products (including body sprays)

• Custom or personalized items

Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Perishable or hazardous goods (if applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap your product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@idreisbeaute.com.

 

International Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 

At Idreis Beaute LLC, we’re excited to offer international shipping so that more of our global community can experience our products. However, at this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Please note the following:

• All international orders are final sale.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on international shipments.

• Any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the
customer.

• Shipping times may vary based on location, customs processing, and courier delays.
